Copyright & DMCA
findthatporn searches a catalog of third-party video listings. We do not host the source videos. Report a listing here; contact its hosting provider separately to request removal of the source video.
Send a copyright notice
If you own the copyright or are authorized to act for its owner, email the contact below. A notice should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list for several works.
- The exact findthatporn listing URL and source URL, with enough detail to locate the material you say infringes.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
Review and counter-notices
We review reports and may remove or restrict a listing. An incomplete notice may need clarification. We cannot remove a video from another provider. If your material was restricted by mistake or misidentification and you are entitled to submit a counter-notice, email:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before restriction.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the restriction resulted from mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number; consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for your address, or, if outside the U.S., any district where the service provider may be found; and acceptance of service from the original notifier or their agent.
What happens next
A notice or counter-notice may be shared with the other party, including contact details. Do not send unrelated sensitive information. Where the DMCA counter-notice process applies, restoration ordinarily follows its statutory 10–14-business-day window unless the notifier reports a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement. This is not a promised response time or a promise to restore a listing.
Repeated substantiated infringements may lead to continued exclusion of listings and restriction or termination of identifiable access where applicable. Mistakes and relevant counter-notices are considered; an allegation alone is not proof of infringement.
Other harmful or unlawful material
Report suspected content involving minors, non-consensual content or other unlawful material using the listing and source URLs. Do not attach unlawful media. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services or authorities.
